Alpha Trading Partners (ATP), as part of its social responsibility, has began the year 2018 by forming a partnership with Fregenet School to support the efforts of early childhood education for needy children in the country.
ATP has made a donation to support the day to day operation of the school for this fiscal year, and will continue its support every year with its revenue tied to its sales activities.

The Beginning of Business Partnership with Fregenet School

We are very happy to announce to you that Alpha Trading Partners (ATP), the leading exporter of agricultural products which was founded in the year 2000 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia has formed a partnership with Fregenet School to support the efforts of early childhood education for needy children in the country. ATP has donated a substantial amount of money to execute the day to day operation of the school for this fiscal year. ATP has pledged to continue its support every year with its revenue tied to its sales activities.
Mr. Tewodros Yilma, the Managing Director of ATP, and his wife Maqdelawit came to visit Fregenet School a few weeks ago and both were happy with the endeavors that were made by the school in educating the children who come from economically disadvantaged families. ATP is setting a brilliant example to other business enterprises in this action of partnering with the school. ATP is fulfilling its corporate social responsibilities and is taking practical action in educating and shaping the future leaders of the country.

THE FREGENET SCHOOL FREGENET KIDAN LEHITSANAT (FKL)
The first Fregenet School (Fregenet Kidan Lehitsanat) opened its doors in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, in the fall of 2004, and enrolled 31 children ages 4 to 6 from a small and impoverished community in Addis Abeba. The student body was comprised of 16 girls and 15 boys from poor families, and HIV/AIDS orphans.
In the school's tenth year of operation, the number of students enrolled has grown to 286 with 158 female and 128 male students to a total of 286 students on campus and off campus sites.
